Gonnie Zur is an Israeli-American Brooklyn-based filmmaker and photographer.

Her work focuses on women’s organic experiences and explores life for its natural unraveling. Much like her photography, Gonnie’s narrative films are deeply rooted in portraiture and study the human condition through a candid, ephemeral lens.

Gonnie’s latest short film, LEMONS, world-premiered at the Oscar©-Qualifying Palm Springs International ShortFest 2022, and has since screened at HollyShorts Film Festival, New York Shorts International Film Festival, and Bushwick Film Festival. Most recently, LEMONS received the Grand Prize at the 28th DGA Student Film Awards.
